With the continuous improvement of our comprehensive influence, foreign capitalto enter the Chinese has become an indisputable fact. Grow with each passing day bringsa large number of multinational investment in China engaged in the operation andmanagement of foreign employees. While living and working in the cultural differencesbetween the East and the West Chinese is great for them to face first. How to let foreignemployees become a bottleneck in their successful completion of overseas missions assoon as possible to adapt to life in a new cultural environment and work. Therefore, howto take the corresponding measures to solve the foreign staff to better adapt to the studyof conflict problems encountered in transnational culture has become an urgent problem.The main content of this paper is based on a certain understanding of foreign employeesto the existing industrial park, the basic situation, and on the basis of re understanding ofculture shock and U curve theory. The results of basic research in home and abroad, inthe form of a questionnaire to understand the work in the park and foreign employees inquestion, analysis and draw the corresponding conclusion, adopt the relative strategy tosolve the cultural conflict in the face of foreign employees, so as to better adapt to theChinese localization way of life and culture. The concrete research contents include:The first chapter, mainly introduces the research background and significance,research methods and innovative points.The basic theory based on the analysis of the second chapter, it reviews andcomments on the current domestic and foreign about cross-cultural management andChina enterprise internationalization literature.The third chapter, on the Suzhou Industrial Park expatriate cross-culturalmanagement status of the investigation, analysis of the characteristics and culturalconflict zone of expatriate staff, further pointed out the existence of cross culturemanagement in the enterprises internationalization China.The fourth chapter, analysis of the principle problems of industrial parks expatriatecross-cultural management. It points out that cultural difference is the basic reasons for the formation of expatriates intercultural adaptation disorder, so is the cross-culturaladaptation management core.The fifth chapter, put forward to strengthen the industrial park of cross culturaladaptation management recommendations. The author puts forward reasonablesuggestions from the aspects of establishing effective communication mechanism,reasonable selection of planning, compensation and incentive mechanism design.
