With the rapid development of tourism, there are a lot of quality problems, significantly reducing the quality of tourism services in China. Ultimately these issues are the integrity of tourism enterprises, lack credibility problem has damaged the majority of the legitimate rights and interests of tourism consumers, restricts the development of our tourism industry to address the pressing issue of tourism enterprises lack credibility. Through a questionnaire, the majority of the tourism managers, tourism workers and tourism consumers conducted a survey research, data analysis showed that the government regulation, moral development, the news media and the internal management of all business enterprises within the tourism environment of integrity construction are important, but the cultivation of corporate culture is built tourist core of enterprise credit system. Only in the tourism enterprise establishing the "integrity-based" corporate culture, can fundamentally solve the current problem appears honesty, through a clear business mission, shaping the core values of honesty, material culture to create a good environment, emphasis on "people-oriented", maintain the dynamics of corporate culture and focus on corporate image, constructing cultural integrity of tourism enterprises.
