As China's market economy development and improvement, and the gradual deepening of the power system, power station companies gradually toward the standardization of the market and the operational requirements of the premise, the pursuit of maximum profit. By designing a set of fair, suitable for enterprise development, and competitive performance appraisal system, encouraging the company to maximize resources, the incentive to maximize the mobilization of staff's enthusiasm and fully tap the potential within the enterprise.In this paper,empirical studies SJC power station, through a synthesis of theory, performance management and abroad and to some companies related to performance management learning,in the forefront of theoretical research to fully grasp the dynamics and power station performance management practices on the basis of the situation first-hand information,integrated the use of management and economics related theories to take literature review,theoretical deduction,comparative analysis of the SJC power station and other methods to diagnose the performance management system with the establishment.This article focuses on the use of management by objectives method (MBO),the Balanced Scorecard method (BSC) and key performance indicators (KPI) and many other performance appraisal techniques and methods. First introduced the SJC power station performance management status, analyzed the performance evaluation of the current problems and root causes of the existing power station in the SJC on the basis of performance management system, and avoid weaknesses, combined with theoretical knowledge of the original study the performance management system and re-design. Secondly, the power station's performance indicators to set up and break down, setting departments KPI and individual performance appraisal program development. Finally, the implementation process of performance management program recommendations and for attention.In this paper, SJC station aspects of enterprise performance management system, the exploration of the power generation enterprises Performance Management System has a certain theoretical significance and practical guide.
