Research On Urban Infrastructure Construction Post Project Evaluation

Urban Infrastructure is the impotant support for the urban development and civilization level, and the physical condition for the urban economy and the social coordinative development. As the rapid rate of urbanization in China, the urban population is increasing steadily, so the need of the urban infrastructure is increasingly on the rise. The development of the urban infrastructure gives the firm physical guarantee to the process of urbanization.As for the importance of urban infrastructure, and the construction of it is a little complicated, involving the elements of city's character , scale , development level , construction condition, natural enviroment, folk custom and religion. The benefit and effect after the construction of urban infrastructure will directly have some influence on different aspects of production and life for the masses. How to effectively construct the urban infrastructure, strengthen the daily management, and raise the efficency of exploitation are becoming the essential topics nowadays.As above, combining some important project management theroies, this article make some initial exploration about the post project evaluation, and put it into practice. Discuss some theories and methods about the post project evaluation under the mode of project management.Combining the national situation, this article uses the drainage engineering in The landscape area of drainage engineering the West Lake as a case, from the aspect of post project evaluation, to analyze the project purpose, proceture, and effect, etc. Make a summary on the experience and lessons about the project implement. We can use it for reference on avoiding and reducing waste, increasing the benefit and effect about the project management.
