Study On The Measuring Of The Scale Of Non-observed Economy In Guangdong

With the further development of China's reform and opening up, the national economy sectors develop faster and a well-known fact that non observed economy has become an aspect that can not be ignored in China's national economic activities. And the existence of the non observed economy has a great harm to our security of national economy. For getting the correct analysis of the balance between supplying and demanding of the national economy is also an important aspect that can not be ignored. With the changes and development of non observed economy, and the measurement of the size of the non observed economy has become the profession of technical problems, and many researchers have been valued by the industry. In particular, how to make observations on the empirical study about the non observed economy, how to estimate the extent of its size and provide the basis for the government's economic management, become more and more important.This paper is divided into four parts from how to measure the scale of the non observed economy in Guangdong. The first part introduces the contents of this study and summarizes the results of some research scholars. The second part is based on the definition of the concept, focusing on some common research methods about how to measure the scale of the non observed economy. The third part, from the theory of scientific research methods and practical operational point of view, selecting the appropriate method, calculating the size of the non observed economy of Guangdong province, and compared the results of different methods of calculation, paper gives the analysis about the formation and related causes of Guangdong Province's non observed economy. The fourth part puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, based on the paper analysis, for Guangdong government how to strengthen the accounting and managing of the non observed economy in Guangdong.
