Research On Ways Of Implying ISO9000 Quality Control System In Government Department

The quality of public service has become one of the most important aspects in improving the satisfaction of publics and enhancing the competition ability of local government. Although ISO9000 Quality Control System has been considered world-widely to be one of the most effective way to improve the quality of public service, there still exsist some problems when our country tries to implying it into our government department. Finding some useful ways to improve this situation has become very much important.This essay bases on the case-studying of Guang Dong Maritime Safety Administration. By analyzing the case, we find out the reason why the ISO9000 Quality Control System works poorly in our government department.This essay aims to finding ways to solve these problems. By using statistic quality control methods, which are often used in production-making factory, we can creat some valuable ways to improving the implying of ISO9000 Quality Control System in government department.
