With the continuous distillation of the knowledge economy and the rapid development of management concepts, organizational structure of enterprises gradually moving to flat, virtual team that can adapt to the external environment, the complexity, diversity and uncertainty of the new HR organizational model, meet the collaboration and effective allocation of resources between the needs of the organization, has been widespread concern in the industry and applications. Meanwhile, today’s social knowledge has emerged as a very important factor of production, a business for long-term competitive advantage of important strategic resources, the increasing importance of knowledge management. So, how to promote and enhance the level of knowledge sharing virtual teams become one of the key issues in the field of business management.First, the paper reviews the theoretical basis, including virtual teams, social networking, knowledge sharing related concepts and characteristics; intrinsic link between the three analyzes, specific content, including analysis of relevant research at home and abroad, in reading a lot of literature basic data, combined with the characteristics of virtual team itself and the knowledge sharing process, summarized the knowledge of the factors affecting the corresponding share; raised barriers virtual team knowledge sharing; build a virtual team knowledge sharing model based on social networks, for the introduction of social network Analysis foundation.Secondly, the knowledge sharing network model of quantitative analysis, including the center of the analysis, the combination of sub-group analysis role and position analysis.
