Recent years China had a rapid development in tourism industry. Tourist hotel industry as the development of tourism infrastructure and the important tourism resource was also achieved both in the size and the number. But with China's accession to WTO, the operating environment of the hotel industry has changed. The industry has a fiercer competition. The foreign hotel with the advantage of capital, management, brand and so on to occupy a big market share. Particular in recent years, although the overall number of hotels and bed is increasing, but the amount of the hotel's operating profit is declining year by year, which indicating that China's hotel industry now is facing a great contradiction of supply and demand imbalance. On the one hand, many large-scale, high-grade homogenizations, serious quality, no features'hotels are maintaining barely; on the other hand, customer's experience and the demand of cultural can not be met.The rise of theme hotel can solve the contradiction of supply and demand in China hotel industry. Some earlier theme hotel held their foot in the fierce market-competition. Thus, many traditional hotels have started to transmit to the theme ones and some new hotels also definite themselves as the theme hotel. Theme hotel's special feature is giving hotel some theme, building a comprehensive range of differences on the hotel's atmosphere and management system, which can not be simulated and copied to a unique charm and personality. Customers could receive personalized feelings and experience from the theme hotel, in order to enhance the hotel's quality. Atmosphere is crucial for the theme hotel, and an environment's creating can reflect the distinctive culture of the hotel, which can make a competitive advantage in differentiation and also meet the needs of the customer experience. But the atmospheres of our country's theme hotel still have some problems, such as without an outstanding theme atmosphere, a surface atmosphere's creating, the hotel does not match the surrounding environment and etc. In particular, our academia of the theme hotel's researching is still stay on the initial stage. Therefore, we are unable to effectively guided how to create the atmosphere of theme hotel without no relevant theoretical research. Tibet hotel is the earliest theme restaurant, whose Tibetan culture atmosphere left every customer a deep impression. It is considered as the top class and attractive theme hotel. Thus, my article would Case Study of Tibet hotel to research the atmosphere's creating of the theme hotel. I hope my research could provide some reference to our country's theme hotel.The article gets the factors which influence the customer's perceived value by researching the customer's perceived theory. Meanwhile, the article researches the nature and role of environment characteristics, which will build a good theoretical foundation to the atmosphere's creating of the theme hotel. Then the article points out the first way of atmosphere's creating are drawing the model maps. Researching the environmental psychology as a framework theory, and combining with customer's perceived theory to establish the theoretical foundation. On the other hand, the article proposes the method of how to create a theme hotel's atmosphere, such as the space's designing, the atmosphere's designing, the service designing and the product's designing. Building the theme hotel's culture from every aspect and creating the rich atmosphere. Taking Tibet hotel as the example and discuss on the methods of the atmosphere's creating, in order to provide the model to the theme hotel's creating and management, which could facilitate the sustainable development of our country's theme hotels.
