The Research On Stakeholder-oriented Logistics Enterprise Performance Evaluation

With the rapid development of economy and the more and more obvious trend of globalization, logistics plays more and more important role in trade and people'life, logistics enterprises try to satisfy the huge demand of market, at the same time, these enterprises face serious market competition, if logistics enterprises want to survive and develop, they need to have the continuous innovation and use the advanced management techniques and methods. Performance evaluation as an effective enterprise governance system and management system can effectively promote enterprises clearly know the enterprises'current situation, find and solve problems, self-monitor and self-restraint, correctly guide the enterprises'management activities and enhance the competition of enterprises by changing the enterprises'strategy into specific evaluation indicators.At present, there are already plenty of academic research about logistics enterprise performance evaluation, at the same time, many logistics enterprises use performance evaluation in their own business operation management, however, the logistics enterprise performance evaluation of academic research and practical application is focused on evaluating the profitability and service level, in order to promote to satisfy the shareholder's and customer's demand. However, the logistics enterprises is facing a profound environment, enterprise management is influenced by more and more stakeholders, these stakeholders include not only shareholders and customers but also suppliers, employees, government, etc. The relationship between logistics enterprises and stakeholder become closer than ever before. So the performance evaluation of logistics enterprises is necessary to consider other stakeholder's interests, which conforms to the needs of the development of times and enterprise.Based on the previous research of performance evaluation of logistics enterprises, this paper will study the stakeholder-oriented logistics enterprises performance evaluation, and summarizes the evolution of the stakeholder-oriented and shareholder-oriented logistics enterprise performance evaluation, and narrate the performance prism which is a comprehensive and systematic method of stakeholder-oriented performance measurement, then this paper attempts to establish logistics enterprise performance evaluation index system and realize the stakeholder-oriented logistics enterprise performance evaluation.
