Plan and use the land resource, that is an important factor in the socio-economic, also is a requirement in optimal allocation of land resources.In this paper, used the Urban Planning, the land use planning, the urban geography and other theories and research methods, It based on the relevant fields, Summarized the new concept of the urban fringe, that is the definition of urban fringe stack district. Such as Sanqiao area, Weiyang District, Xi'an City, looked optimization of urban fringe land use regulation as key points, First, quantificationally analyzed characteristics of the number of land structure and spatial. Second, Comparison of GDP, industrial output, rural per capita net income, per capita arable land area, population density, crop production and other related Indexs through the years, and qualitative analyzed how to use land of the Sanqiao area in the future.
