Along with the deepening reform of the telecommunications market, telecommunications services market increasingly competitive, how to meet customer quality of telecommunications services made more personalized service needs and the better-depth analysis of excavation and increase the value of existing customers, potential customers and vigorously develop enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, a marketing system Netcom urgent problem.Important as the company's customer base, key client's business trends must be closely watched. Customer information to better grasp the more in-depth analysis in order to provide customers with better service, and timely insight into the tendencies and trends in the loss of customers, better sales of related products and services, to develop a set of key client analysis system for marketing the company seems to have extra significance.
