Logistics is a basic industry of the modern economy, known as the economic field "black continent", that is the company's "third profit source." China is a large agricultural country, the rural market is the most extensive and potential market in China. The efficient logistics is the important guarantee for building the prosperity of rural markets in rural areas and promoting rural economic stability and sustainable development.In recent years, China's rural economy keep rapidly developing, agricultural production and processing capacity improved largely, rural people's living standards improved significantly, however due to logistics system is not fully developed in rural areas, the poor rural logistics'channels, the low market-oriented, the poor circulation methods and the increasingly prominent problem that the quality of some flow of products is no guarantee, there has become an important factor which is impact the rural economic development. China Post as a new force in Logistics into the countryside, with its good brand, which has long been dedicated to serving the rural areas, farmers, agriculture and construction services and has won a good reputation; At the mean while China Post have covered the whole country, urban and rural areas throughout the network resources, with information networks, financial network and the physical delivery network which is called as the "triple play"; logistics, capital flow, information flow, "third-rate one" feature advantages. Therefore, China Post should make sure of its advantages to develop the rural Logistics in time.This will be analysis the strategic research that China Post develops the rural Logistics in this article, to promote the development of China Post faster and better in the Logistics business in rural areas. Firstly the article express the concepts of logistics and rural logistics, Research exposition and other related issues, after that there is introduced the characteristics of China's rural areas in logistics; development status and so on, then make the feasibility analysis that China Post develop the rural Logistics from a theoretical point of view. By these found that Chinese rural economic development had a huge market demand in logistics, China Post should be by virtue of its brand, network, and many other advantages to positively develop the rural logistics; then analysis the development of China Post's logistics strengths; weaknesses; opportunities and threats. Then obtained the Conclusion that is The rapid development of modern logistics provided a rare opportunity for China Post to develop itself in the new era, as long as China Post strengthen internal management, constantly improve the quality of personnel and enhance their competitive strength, they can fully participate in the logistics market competition, and continue to develop and strengthen their own. Finally, there is a conclusion of the strategy for China Post developing the rural logistics.Authors hope that through strategic research that China Post develops the rural Logistics, to reveal the status and characteristics of China's logistics development in rural areas, to analyze the rural development logistics strategic for China Post, to provide strategic support for the China Post's development and reference for the relevant research institutions and experts and scholars.
