Analysis Of Green Development Mode Of Manufacturing Enterprises Based On WSR

Today, the rapid development of manufacturing enterprises promote economicgrowth and improve our standard of living and quality. However，the consequent ofwaste of natural resources, environmental pollution are also increasingly serious. In orderto minimize the damage of resource consumption and production activities on the naturalenvironment,green development become the main choice of manufacturing enterprises totake the road of sustainable development.Based on origin and basic content of the WSR methodology,characteristics andadvantages of systematic，dynamic were summarized;the feasibility of manufacturingenterprises with green development was analyzed; the WSR methodology3D model ofgreen development of manufacturing enterprises was established, based on this，“wuli”,“shili” and “renli”of development of green manufacturing enterprises werestudied：”wuli”includes person and nature and ecological civilization;"shili" includesclean production and recycling economy;"renli" includes social responsibility ofcorporate and environmental legislation. Enterprise development is a complex process,the use of the WSR methodology process can make developing process structured,hierarchical, complex issues simplify.Based on the WSR analysis of green enterprise development， evaluation indexsystem including7first class indexes and26second class indexes is established; theweight of indicators relative to the the upper indicators is determined by analytichierarchy process;performance evaluation of corporate green development was evaluatedby fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and by the final results of the evalutation todetermine the implementation of green development.Take Esquel Textile for example, its practices of green development was analyzed，development performance was alsoevaluted.The result shows that the evaluation method is feasibility and operability.
