The Consolidation Potential And Consolidation Plan Of Rural Residential Land

Due to the lack of reasonable control and planning in the vast rural areas of our country,there are a series of problems such as low utilization rate,scattered distribution and poor environment in rural residential land.In order to solve these problems,the State Council has put forward the idea of "strengthening village planning and improving rural living environment and actively carrying out rural residential land consolidation".Therefore,we should explore potentials for the land stock in rural residential sites in a proper and orderly way,optimize land utilization patterns,raise the land utilization efficiency and improve rural living environment.This paper takes Gaoyang Village of Xiaoyi City,Shanxi Province as the research object.First of all,based on the field investigation,the current status of rural residential land in the research area was deeply understood,finding some prominent problems,such as high vacancy and abandoned rate and poor environment and so on.Secondly,on the basis of the comparative analysis of potential calculation method of rural residential land consolidation,it was found that these methods can neither accurately reflect the object of consolidation,nor accurately measure the consolidation potential of rural residential land.Based on this,put forward the potential calculation method based on the classification system of rural residential land,and this method was used to calculate the consolidation potential of Gaoyang rural residential land.Finally,based on the analysis of land supply and demand balance of the residential land in Gaoyang village,aimed at the recent consolidation potential,on account of human settlement theory and town planning theory,the consolidation planning scheme of Gaoyang rural residential land was proposed,and suggestions and measures for the consolidation planning implementation for rural residential land were put forward.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The rural residential land classification system constructed in this paper,not only can reflect the actual situation of rural residential land in detail,but also can accurately calculate the consolidation potential of rural residents land in combination with the evaluation of the status of rural settlements,and can exactly determine the consolidation objects of rural residential land,thus providing decision basis for rural residential land consolidation planning.(2)The results show that Gaoyang rural residential land have a better potentiality,the consolidation potential is 29.78hm2,accounts for 45.42%of the rural residential land.Among them,the short-term consolidation potential is 22.87hm2,accounts for 34.88%of the rural residential land.The long-term consolidation potential is 6.91hm2,accounts for 10.54%of the rural residential land.(3)This paper determined the consolidation planning scheme of the rural residential land,planned 17.73hm2 of residential land for agricultural land,and 5.14hm2 of residential land for green land,which not only improves the land use rate,but also improves the ecological environment of the village.
