Feasibility Study On Land Consolidation In Sand And Grassland Area In Yulin

This dissertation mainly analyses the feasibility of land consolidation project implemented in the sand and grassland area in Yulin.Specifically,the paper takes the land consolidation project implemented in Chaheze Village,Chaheze Town,Yuyang county as an example,systematically analyses the feasibility of land consolidation project in this area by means of studying the policy,economy,environment,water conservancy,hydrology and water resources,road engineering,civil engineering and other related subjects.The land consolidation project implemented in the periphery of Mu Us Desert plays an important role in land dynamic balance and food security and thus break the mind-set that the fragile ecological environment of desert not suitable for land development and consolidation on a large-scale.This paper studies the practical significance of land consolidation and proves that the implementation of land development and consolidation on a large-scale in the periphery of Mu Us Desert is feasible.The small-scale land consolidation has been undertaken in this area conducted by local farmers however,the economical land consolidation on a large-scale is not carry out.This paper intends to explore new patterns,new methods,new ideas and practical significances suitable for the local land consolidation through studying of mature patterns of land development home and abroad and combining the above-mentioned study with the local environment and resources.And then,those new patterns,new methods and new ideas will be promoted.Due to insufficiency in the land development,there are many resources undeveloped.Through survey and analysis,we found that the undeveloped land has tremendous potentials in increasing production,adding economic benefits and achieving environmental and social efficiency.This paper also studies on the land consolidation engineering,the individual items mainly include Land flattening and earth covering engineering,Agricultural hydraulic and auxiliary projects engineering,Electricity engineering,Road engineering,Network of forest and landscape engineering and so on.The economical,environmental and social efficiency would be achieved through the cooperation of the above-mentioned projects,which lay a foundation of national food security.
