SMES are always in disadvantageous state in the market competition because of their own condition. Appearance of Electronic Business is a Gospel for the SMES. Electronic Business changes the traditional operational process of SMES. Size is not a great gulf fixed between big enterprises and SMES.During the development of the economy globalization in the world today, how to overcome restriction of space and time has become one of key factors that determine whether the commerce activities succeed or lose. Therefore, the E-Commerce being developed based on Internet technology is increasingly displaying incomparable competitive advantages in today's high-speed development of digitization, network and information technology. If an SMES couldn't obtain a competitive advantage, it would be eliminated through competition. Therefore, it has become the focus for both SMES and economists how to help SMES get competitive advantage in the electronic business model.
