| E-commerce has stepped onto the stage of economy and trade in the world with the rapid development of information technology.The incomparable advantages of the Internet as a platform of E-commerce with globalization.low cost,high efficiency and other traditional business incomparable superiority to enterprises especially the SMEs to develop transnational operation has produced profound influence.At present the global economy is undergoing major changes and adjustments in the Post Crisis Era.The application of E-commerce bring new opportunities for the vast number of SMEs.After rapid development E-commerce has been on of the strategic emerging industries,helping the SMEs not only to reduce cost and improve efficiency but also to expand the market and innovative business model of effective means and it is avail to enhance the economic operation quality and increase the competitiveness of transnational business.It plays an important role in the development of SMEs transnational management.Therefore,in order to seek their own development,the SMEs in Heilongjiang should fully grasp the opportunities brought by E-commerce and make full use of the advantages of E-commerce to improve competitive ability of transnational operations.This paper mainly make use of the enterprises competitiveness theory,the comparative advantage theory and its changes,the core competence theory,the small scale technology theory and technology localization theory take the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,analyzing the transnational operation of SMEs competitiveness and the feasibility on the promotion of SMEs enterprises competitiveness by E-commerce to explore the realization mechanism of SMEs competitiveness by E-commerce.This article carries on the empirical analysis to Heilongjiang SMEs transnational business competitiveness through the enterprise competitiveness evaluation model. SMEs in Heilongjiang should be to rely on E-business,to further improve the transnational business competitiveness.Finally,Heilongjiang SMEs transnational business competitiveness by E-commerce from three aspects such as the government level,industry level,enterprise level.Study on the promotion of SMEs transnational business competitiveness in Heilongjiang by E-Commerce has benefit for Heilongjiang Province to open itself still wider to the outside world,improve the level of foreign trade and economic cooperation. |
