As a Chinese famous economist Guangyuan Yu said, building prosperity of a country relies to the development of economics; the blossom of economics relies to enterprises; the prosperity of an enterprise depends on successful management; and the key to successful management is the culture inside. The competition of modern enterprises is not only the competition of scientific technology and power of economics, but also the fighting of corporate culture. The corporate culture may not be the most direct impact factor but the most persistent determinate factor of the development of a corporation. It is the most significant to enterprise performance, and a rich cultural heritage is the base of enterprise capital, technology, products, service and strategy.T Group is a great state-owned enterprise with more than ten years history. It is authorized by the government to operate expressway investment, construction and to operate motor transportation and modern logistics. T Group owns complete expressway construction industrial chain and has outstanding position in professional areas such as expressway investment & construction, operation management, construction, design, scientific research and supervision, and relative industrial areas like cargo transportation, expressway service area chain business, and production materials logistics. In the end of 2008, China Nation Development and Reform Commission has promulgated"The Plan For Reform and Development In Pearl River Delta Region (Year 2008-2020)". In the mean time, China was suffering from the global financial crisis. Under such circumstances, T Group was facing important opportunities and challenge in the policy of domestic demand expanding in China. As a result, it has been an urgent matter for T Group to integrate corporate culture and upgrade core competitive power, and seize the opportunity with brand new appearance and meet challenge.This thesis is based on the reality of T Group, by the ways of theory analyzing, compare research, depth interview and questionnaires, to review the history of T Group and thoroughly arrange traditional culture. Meanwhile, this thesis will use Denison Organization Culture Model to quantitative analyze questionnaires. The thesis emphasizes measuring corporate organization culture at the performance of involvement, coherence, suitability and mission. According to comparing relative value and model average value in model statistics, the thesis will compare T Group corporate culture with regional culture and industrial culture. By then, the feature and difference of T Group corporate culture will be found out, then to objectively and reasonably analyze and diagnose the present situation of corporate culture in T Group. With encouraging the essence of corporate culture and pointing out imperfect factors and making suggestions, the thesis will build up a solid theory foundation for T Group to construct its corporate culture with era characteristics and energy, and to upgrade core competitive power and to realize sustainable development of T Group.
