Construction In Land Requisition Compensation And Ressettlement Planning Management

As China's social and economic development, urbanization, industrialization, speed upthe process of growing a large number of agricultural land to be collected by the state to meet the social and economic development needs. More and more farmers lost their land survival,embarked on a journey to transform urban identity. However, our current compensation and resettlement for the landless peasants working but there are problems, the interests of peasants as a disadvantaged group can not be effectively protected at the same time, groups of landless peasants are facing tough test of survival.In the land compensation and resettlement of some construction activities, such as compensation for resettlement of landless peasants residential building residential placement, that the construction and real estate development and construction activities in general there are differences, but also with the pure investment in infrastructure by the government-building activities such a difference.
