The Study On Technology Diffusion Of High-tech Enterprises Based On Technological Standards Industrialization

Economic globalization has brought the globalization of trade, the manufacturing process of globalization and technological innovation system of globalization. Economic globalization not only has increased the greater interdependence among the countries in the world, but also intensified the competition among countries. Nowadays, Science and knowledge has become the primary productive force, so the international economy competition is changing from competition of capital to the competition of technique whose kernel is evolving into competition of standard. Technical standards have been breakthrough original definition which is the guarantee of product interchangeability and versatility, but as the strategic resources and the key elements of development of enterprises and countries. The relationship between technology and technology standard and technology industrialization is that, industrialization is objectives of R & D and standard-setting, meanwhile, technical standard is the results of R & D, a way to make the technology industrialize. Therefore, their relationship can be concluded as technology is the core, the standard is the means, industrialization is the goal, only the organic combination and integration and implementation of these things can effectively upgrade the technological level and promote market competitiveness.This paper studied industrialization of the inner mechanism of technology diffusion based on technical standards and probe process of the single-generation technology diffusion and successful-generations technology diffusion based technological standards industrialization. There are five parts in the paper. The first part is the introduction, introducing the theory and practice background,the purpose and significance of the subject, followed by the definition of object of study, finally outlining the general concept of this study, as well as the overall framework of the article. The second part introduced the theoretical basis and literature review. The theoretical basis of this study mainly include technological innovation theory, externality theory, strategic management theory, and then introducing the study of the latest developments in related fields, including technological innovation, competition and industry technical standards, technological diffusion and diffusion model. The third part is about the mechanism of technological diffusion based on technical standards industrilization, starting with the analysis of technological diffusion driving forces based on technological standards industrialization, which are R & D promotion, driven by market factors, as well as standard network effect. Then we analyzed the phase, the path as well as the characteristics of technical standards industrialization diffusion.it is end with the analysis of the impact factors of technological diffusion based on technical standards industrialization. The fourth part proposed the Logistic model of technological diffusion based on technological standards industrialization according to the biological Logistic growth principles,the technology diffusion path can be divided into four stages, according to the Logistic model of technology diffusion,then analyzed the real factors to promote technical standards industrialization. The fifth part introduced the Norton diffusion model of successful technological standards based on the Norton model of replacement in high-tech products.Then taking the example of NTT DoCoMo as an example, analized the diffusion of the old standards and new technology standards. The empirical results are consistent with reality, then, we studied the reasons for the PDC successful transiton to WCDMA, which can be learned by for China's TD-SCDMA's marketiliazation and industrialization. Finalily, we proposed the advice and countermeasures to promote industrialization of China's technological standards and improve the competitiveness.
