In many strategic resources corporation management, human resources in the enterprise development as an important resource is paid more and more attention, and the incentive is an important content of human resources, is the modern management is the most basic and most difficult functions. According to the actual needs of enterprises, the integrated use of a variety of incentive methods, establish conducive to enterprise development and realize their own value incentive system, correctly guide the work of the staff motivation, make them achieve the goal of enterprise and to maximize the meet the needs of its own, increasing their satisfaction and pleasure, work actively so, higher, enterprises can be conducive to an invincible position in the fierce competition in the market. Proved at home and abroad, the appropriate use of incentive mechanism, from the material, spiritual and fully arouse the enthusiasm and creativity of employees, can effectively improve the work efficiency and the benefit of the enterprise, and promote the sustainable development of enterprises.Study of the AM company was founded in1994, with more than ten years of industry experience in research and application of chemical products, including industrial lubricants, special grease, metal working fluids, lubricating, antirust, mechanical metal processing such as a full set of solutions for the related industries factory. AM company after more than ten years of development and growth, service high-tech enterprises has grown into a set of chemical production, sales as one of the. With the rapid development of enterprises, the enterprise internal incentive mechanism problems have become increasingly prominent, lack of staff motivation, staffs work enthusiasm decline, leading to the loss of talented people, seriously affected the development of enterprises.This article obtains from the investigation status of incentive of AM company, from the basic situation investigation, salary system, job satisfaction, motivation, job promotion, corporate culture and other aspects, in-depth analysis of the status of implementation of collected respectively from the aspects of salary system, spiritual incentive on company incentive mechanism, the existing incentive mechanism summary of AM companies, mainly displays in:the insufficient of human resource development and utilization of existing; compensation system design, hierarchy structure unreasonable, welfare measures single intrinsic motivation; lack of incentive, promotion channels narrow, honor incentive, no effective system of training motivation, restricted the development of the company. According to the comprehensive optimization design of incentive mechanism construction principle of AM’s incentive system, to construct the reasonable salary system, the post wage and salary to optimize the design, build diversified welfare system; improve and enrich the spiritual incentive measures:the establishment of an open, fair promotion system, the establishment and perfection of the training motivation, to establish a set of incentive system is conducive to the development of the company’s employees.
