Transition-period already finished after China joins WTO. Chinese Enterprise faced keen competition in domestic market, and faced more formidable overseas enterprises' competition in strength. The competition form can be sterner. If the enterprise wants to obtain the survival and development in the brutal market competition, must have a sober understanding to the own competitive power level.On the basis of the enterprise competitive power research in domestic and foreign, this thesis elaborated the development survey of enterprise competitive power. It summarized enterprise competitive power, industrial colony, brand management and enterprise culture theory, and conducted the research which is definition and characteristic of the competitive power. On the basis of automobile enterprise competitive power in China, as the example of Hafei Automobile Group, this thesis has carefully and comprehensively analyzed the present situation of the competitive power of Hafei Automobile Group. It discovers the present existence questions and the reasons of the competitive power of Hafei Automobile Group, and constructs the evaluation indicator system of the competitive power of Hafei Automobile Group, and has carried on the analysis and the measure from the quantitative indicators and qualitative indicators. The thesis selects AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation combination method as comprehensive evaluation method to the competitive power of Hafei Automobile Group, and evaluates five aspects in the evaluation indicator system of the competitive power of Hafei Automobile Group. Finally, it calculated the comprehensive evaluation value of the competitive power of Hafei Automobile Group. By the evaluation results of the competitive power of Hafei Automobile Group, the thesis targeted the countermeasures of enhancing the competitive power of Hafei Automobile Group.
