Analysis Of Heilongjiang State-owned Forestry Region Forestry Value Chain Symbiosis System

Under the current tide of economic globalization, the competition among enterprises has become the one between value chain and value chain in the21st century. The value chain of enterprise includes not only the value activities within the enterprise but also outside the enterprise. The theoretical study of the symbiosis can reduce business transaction costs, enhance their technological innovation, promote cooperation innovation between enterprises, enhance their competitive advantage. Therefore, the analysis of symbiotic value chain by managers helps them make the right decisions in a variety of management activities.As an important pillar of economic development in Heilongjiang, the study of symbiosis value chain of Heilongjiang state-owned forestry, from microscopic point of view, has great significance in enhancing the differences between the industry in Heilongjiang Province, increasing the industry in Heilongjiang Province competitiveness, improving the enterprise's economic value, social value and ecological value; from a macro point of view, has an important practical significance in implementing the forest eco-building strategies made by CPC Central Committee and the State Department of Heilongjiang Province, accelerating the economic strength of Heilongjiang Province, adjusting the regional industrial structure of Heilongjiang Province. Moreover, the conclusions got by research of symbiotic value chain of Heilongjiang Province, will provide some experience and enlightenment for the study of symbiotic value chain of south forest.Based on the development status of symbiotic value chain of Heilongjiang state-owned forests, this paper explores and designs the aims, principles and methods to promote the development of symbiotic value chain of Heilongjiang state-owned forests, and it aims to develop the economic, ecological and social benefits of Heilongjiang state-owned forests, and achieve sustainable development of forest resources.Paper analyzes the status quo development of the symbiotic value chain in Heilongjiang Province, analysis it by using value chain management, and studies the problem. Then using SWOT method this paper analyzes the development of symbiotic value chain in Heilongjiang Province, such as the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and gives its strategic position. And then by using the AHP quantitative analysis, from supply management, production management and sales management aspects this paper builds eight evaluation index, using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process of symbiotic value chain of Heilongjiang state-owned forests, studying the major affection of the value chain.Finally, this paper gives the basic requirements such as the guiding ideology, objectives and principles to establish the symbiotic value chain, and propose specific measures to optimal the internal and external symbiotic value chain.
