The 21st century is knowledge transformed era, which is also a global economic and social information ear. Science and technology is the primary productive force,knowledge becomes the driving force of real productive forces. Human resources have become a new kind of scarce resources.Human capital is an important core capital,which is an indispensable resource for the enterprise development.The high-tech enterprises are a kind of special enterprises,which look the knowledge-based talents as a carrier, so talents are their core competitiveness.Today's competition is not only the competition of financial and material resources,but also the competition of the knowledge and talent.The development of enterprise relies on the innovation of the knowledge and the science and technology. Because the acquisition of knowledge and technology relies on people to grasp,so talent is an essential resource for the development of enterprises.For the high-tech enterprises,knowledge-based talent in the enterprise is even more important.With the rate of brain drain in the high-tech enterprises gradually increased, this problem has aroused the concern of many scholars and managers.In this paper, the author studies on how to retain talent, reduce the brain drain in the high-tech enterprises.Based on the current research on the brain drain, this paper establishes a model of brain drain in the high-tech enterprises,by analyzing the characteristics of the high-tech enterprises and their personnel.Using the factor analysis method and combining with the SPSS software,this paper determines the key factors of the brain drain.Based on the key factors,it puts forward some countermeasures to reduce the brain drain, from the corporate culture,compensation and career management.At the end of this paper, the author makes the A high-tech enterprise as an example,and analysis the current situation of the brain drain in A corporate. At last this paper proposes some appropriate measures to reduce the brain drain. This research has certain practical guiding significance, the author hopes the paper is useful for the high-tech enterprises to reduce the brain drain and retain their talents.
