Firstly, the cases of land conflicts in Jiangxi Province have been divided into different types according to different criteria through questionnaires and cases.Comparative analysis has been made to find out the objectives of the use of the land. The results showed that,the conflict between economic efficiency takes up the greatest part of all the conflicts, while the conflict between ecological benefits and economic benefits share a smaller proportion.when it comes to the division of the stakeholders in the conflict, the conflict between the Government and farmers accounts for more than half of the total conflicts, while the conflict between the village committee and the farmers,and the conflict between farmers and farmers together accounts for 40.5 percent. the conflicts between the enterprises and farmers, and between other stakeholders account for a smaller share at present, but will be increased in the future. Then this study analyse the time and spatial association relationships of distribution of land conflicts in rural areas of Jiangxi Province in 2007 by using GIS software, chart analyse the time distribution and the spatial concentration of rural land conflicts level of Jiangxi province in 2007, The results showed that,there is a periodic in the time distribution of rural land conflicts in Jiangxi Province, the influencing factors have regularity factors and unexpected factor,and the policy is the dominant factor factor;regional spatial distribution pattern of the rural land of the conflict of Jiangxi Province in a accelerated process of urbanization. The results showed that:the significant positive correlation of the rural land conflicts of Jiangxi Province in a accelerated process of urbanization have not existed in the province-wide, however, the land conflicts of some areas have the convergence in space, the areas which have a large number of land conflicts are relatively adjacent to the areas which have a large number of land conflicts, or the areas which have a small number of land conflicts are relatively adjacent to each other.
