Industry life, in particular,the measure of Industry life and its influencing factors analysis in China is still a lack of systematic research. Industry life , like other studies, the key lies in integrating theory with practice. However, due to the lack of necessary enterprise data in academic life of measuring the industry life for a long time, the reliability is inevitably low although being small-scale calculations. At present, within a certain range the system measurement of Industry life is still a blank. In this paper, it based on domestic and Foreign theoretical research on industry life, aimed at forming a theoretical system of influencing factors of Chinese and the measurement methods of industry life with a view to guide the work of systematic measuring the ChineseIndustry life.In the first place, industry as a beings, the research of industry life are intertwined with the study of the population lives. In the paper,it treats the industry as a beings like human beings in ecological perspective,and the method of constructing a life table was applied to the preparation of industry life table.it uses the related data information of industrial and commercial administrative departments having been enrolled in the industry life to preparation of industry life table. Then to learn about the average life expectancy and mortality peak of the industry,to reflect the living conditions of inter-regional enterprises , and to provide a scientific basis for government departments to make macro-policy decisions.Secondly, it use the combining method of the quantitative and qualitative analysis, to measure and study the affecting factors of the life of Chinese Enterprises in a macro point view. Chinese enterprises are now under a socialist economic market system,Social,economic,political and other aspects of environmental factors in the development of enterprises tend to favor the direction of change.The enterprise should use the favorable factors in all aspects as far as possible to develop their strength, and to avoid some of the external Negative factors on their development.
