| Researching on the comprehensive evaluation of steel enterprise for green manufacturing can help the enterprise determine whether it does conform to the requirement of green manufacturing as well as the effect for implementing green manufacturing. And it also can point out the aspect that enterprise needs to improve.The research background and research significance of the comprehensive evaluation of steel enterprise for green manufacturing were analyzed in first. The present research situation of iron and steel enterprise evaluation and green evaluation both in home and abroad were summarized.The material consumption characteristic, the energy consumption characteristic and the environmental pollution characteristic in the steel producing process and the decision-making objective of steel enterprise for green manufacturing were analyzed and researched. On this basis, comprehensive evaluation index system of steel enterprises for green manufacturing was established. And for the problem of the evaluation indicators'processing, a reasonable and feasible solution was proposed. AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method is used for determining indicators'subjective weight and entropy method is used for determining indicators'objective weight. The objective and subjective weights were integrated by multiplication integrated approach. And then the comprehensive evaluation value of steel enterprises was obtained.Finally the user interface data manipulation and data display were realized by using Microsoft Visual C + + 6.0 Programming and using Microsoft SQL Server 2000 as a background database, the comprehensive evaluation system of steel enterprises for green manufacturing was designed and developed. The system architecture, evaluation process and the operation method of the five functional modules were introduced particularly. Through the simulate-application for four large and medium steel enterprises, the practicality and feasibility of the system were validated. |
