The development of logistics, the carrier of economic activities, will decide the speed of regional economic development. Therefore, governments are attaching importance to and paying attention to the development of logistics.To speed up the progress of modern logistics is vital to extend the increasing space of new economy, and to improve the internationalization, information process and market process of regional economy. The layout of regional logistics center is the important precondition and basis of regional logistics development.
