The Index System Construction Research Of Enterprise E-commerce Site Economic Benefits Evaluation

With the rapid development of e-commerce industry and the site evaluation theory research, according to the relevant research, practice of site evaluation and analysis of site construction, this paper focus on the economic benefits evaluation of enterprise website because of the website problems and research gaps.First, this paper gives a detailed introduction and summary to related theories of business e-commerce site evaluation and defines the meaning of economic benefits evaluation.Based on the introduction and summary that commonly used in the construction and evaluation methods, this paper creates a combined evaluation method - BAF (BSC, AHP, fuzzy) to construction economic benefits evaluation index system of enterprise e-commerce sites.Then selecting the formation mechanism of economic factors from both of internal and external under the initial assessment obtained the required target. Then to design the BAF method and index system for evaluation process: the first step is to establish enterprise web site economic evaluation dimension through the BSC; the second step is to build index system of enterprise e-commerce website economic benefits evaluation in accordance with AHP, and get index weighing through the expert survey; the third step is to get the ultimate evaluation results by taking reasonable and integrated fuzzy algorithm to receive index weighing in accordance with fuzzy.With the ultimate enterprise e-commerce site economic benefits evaluation index system based on the BAF method finished, this paper gives an analysis about the typical case-- ALIBABA.COM site in detail, and evaluates the economic benefits of this web site to compare the evaluation result with the actual situation. The paper makes progresses to improve the evaluation system, and gives a referenced index system to enterprises.This paper provides a relative scientific system of methods for the economic evaluation of enterprise e-commerce site with practical significance; at the same time, raises the height of the web evaluation from a technical point up to management point, and makes some contribution to the development of enterprise e-commerce sites and e-commerce industry.
