With the development of economic globalization, Multinational Enterprises are playing more and more important roles in the economy of China. As the production and management across national boundaries, multinational enterprises need to face with local business to differ materially from the Chinese environment, business operations will face more risk, resulting in the possibility of the crisis even greater than in domestic enterprises. In recent years, the frequent crisis of multinational enterprises become a stumbling block to the development process. If crisis not handled properly, they will cause great harm to the multinational enterprises:marketing share drops, consumers have a negative impression of the enterprise, and even leads to the demise of a certain enterprise. With increasing competition faced by multinational enterprises, operating unpredictability increases, marketing changes frequently and so the risks and difficulties faced by multinational companies more and more enterprises are facing a crisis-prone, enterprise risk management become an important part multinational in enterprises management. Therefore, it has important practical significance for the multinational enterprises in China to study the establishment of crisis management system in multinational corporations.The main part of the thesis was divided to six chapters.This first chapter presented the background of this research project to introduce the significance of the study, ideas and methodologies. Chapter two: Introduced the enterprise crisis management in general and reasons.On the main chapter is to introduce and present the main application of the enterprise crisis, the enterprise crisis management and other related concepts and theories for the papers the next theory, paving the way for practical analysis. Chapter three: Aalysis the crisis management situation of multinational enterprisesin China, the crisis management situation, including hazards of crisis, crisis incentives, the crisis types, to pave the way for the establishment of a crisis management system. Chapter four:The establishment of multinational enterprise crisis management system. This chapter is mainly the establishment of crisis management systems and methods of multinational enterprise, from the crisis of the early warning, crisis and defuse the crisis in terms of recovery of the whole multinational enterprise crisis management operations processes analysis. Chapter five: Multinational enterprise crisis management case studies. The main analysis of the reality of two typical examples of multinational enterprise crisis management, analyzed the failure and successful experiences of multinational crisis management, so as to validate the study methods and conclusions further. The chapter six:Policies and proposals, summarized the shortages of crisis management of multinational enterprises in China and to propose a targeted strategy and recommendations.
