Perfecting The Effective Supply Mechanism Of China Public Goods

Public goods means the necessary social products or services which are used to meet the public demands in order to ensure the survival of human society and sustainable development, and in the continuously realizing social and public interests, illustrates the public value. The supply of public goods is a dynamic course of meeting public demands of society by certain organizations, formation of public goods, and through certain mechanism system. In modern society, the level of public goods and supply is an important indicator of the level of national development and civilization, but also the important social protection of all members of society effectively enhance the survival and quality of life, and constantly enhancing the level of benefits the entire community as a whole, speeding up the country's economic development and realizing the country and the long-term stability.In recent years, the sustained and rapid development of the economy of our country has promoted the fast changes of the society and economic structure. The increase of per capita income, changes of industrial structure, industrialization and urbanization withquickening of process put forward more and high request to public supply of product. Comparing to these demand, our country public product supply on the whole is can not meet social and economic development's needs more and more at the present stage. The public goods'supply of our country exists the following problem:the supply amount is not sufficient, the urban-rural supply and regional supply is unbalance, and the contradiction between supply and demand is serious and so on. So exploring a model which is suitable for the national conditions of our country is very important.This study is based on an overview of domestic and foreign scholars' theoretical analysis and perspectives on the supply of public goods, has a brief description of the concept of public goods, characteristics and classification, analyzes the effective supply mode of public goods in three ways and the evaluation criterions of achieving public goods, effective supply. Based on the status quo of China's supply of public goods, combined with actual data., This study analyzes the problem and reasons of China's supply of public goods. Finally, drawing on foreign countries on the supply of public goods. This study proposes a model of realizing the public goods'effective supply and measures of building mechanisms about China's effective supply of public goods.
