Flexible employment plays an important role in creating employment opportunities, promoting economic development and social stability, and is increasingly becoming the hot issue discussed by the government, public and academic. In recent years, there are some achievements in the research of flexible employment by the academic. But still some deficiencies in the research of flexible old-age insurance: More theoretical research, but less empirical research; more about specific mechanism, but less taking into account the overall operation etc. And the existing pension insurance system is built on the former state-owned and collective enterprises, based on the employer for a fixed design of the regular forms of employment, lack of pension insurance system supported by a variety of flexible employment.This option takes flexible pension insurance policy as the object of study, based on the literature research, systems theory research, and empirical observation, try to put forward the theoretical assumptions of our flexible employment on the staff pension insurance policies and flexible employment has differences in actual needs. By using the method of empirical analysis, the author will collect first-hand data on the status in the developed provinces of the middle-income regions - Meixian, make a quantitative analysis on the status.Then the author presents recommendations for consummating pension insurance policy of flexible employees in China.
