| The social security system is the crystallization of human wisdom,it is to solve the problems of people’s pension and medical care from the institutional aspects,and play an extremely important role in promoting social development and maintaining social stability.Since the reform and opening up,the party and the government attaches great importance to the construction of the social security system of our country,whether in the city or in the countryside,the social security system in China has been rapid development,provides the institutional guarantee for the realization of the comprehensive construction of a well-off society and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation target.At the same time,we should also see that the social security system as a benefit to the people of the insurance system,there are still some limitations of its coverage,which includes flexible employment.Flexible employment as a special group in society,whether from the perspective of labor relations or social insurance,all belong to the vulnerable groups,most of them free from the social security system,can not enjoy the fruits of reform and development,has become a major obstacle to fully completed coverage of urban and rural residents of the social security system.Therefore,from the point of view of flexible employment,the factors affecting their behavior in endowment insurance,to change the flexible employment insurance rate low status,expand the coverage of social insurance,has the practical significance and practice significance.In this paper,the flexible employees in Ji’nan as the research object,according to the data of investigation will be flexible employment pension insurance behavior as the dependent variable,using two logistic regression analysis,to study the factors affecting the behavior of the insured,so as to find out the cause of flexible employment insurance rate is low.This article first introduces the research background and significance,then introduces the research of flexible employment and social insurance of the existing domestic and foreign literature on the second,flexible employment theory and related concepts in this paper.On this basis,the questionnaire and survey results are described systematically.The following is the research focus of this article,with the help of Eviews software,using two logistic regression analysis,to study the factors affecting the behavior of the insured,the insured person found qualifications,the insured person is local to the household registration,the insured person’s physical condition,the insured person’s income,the insured contract,the insured person to the social security policy the cognitive degree of satisfaction to the insured person and the social security policy has different influence on the flexible employment insurance act.After the flexible employment pension insurance in China by empirical research,this paper also advanced theory of foreign flexible employment pension insurance is expounded,and summed up China should learn from the successful experience of foreign countries,using a variety of effective means to compensate for lack of flexible employment pension insurance.Finally,according to the relevant theory and empirical analysis results,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the current situation of the pension insurance of flexible employees. |
