That is to explore a way of Yong Cheng's characteristic agricultural modernization development .Take the way of industrial high efficiency, product safety, capacity saving, environment-friendly, technology-intensive and human resource advantages into full play in the new agricultural modernization construction, and build out a highly efficient, elegant and green eco-type modernization model. From the view of the content, the agricultural modernization includes the modernization of agricultural means of production, the modernization of agricultural production technology, the modernization of agricultural workers'qualities and modernization of agricultural management.
