The Study On International Comparison And Coordinatied Development Level Of Agricultural Modernization In China

Agricultural modernization construction is the short board of the "four modernizations" construction in China, and accelerating the development of agricultural modernization is the most important task of our country in the future. The process of agricultural modernization in human society contains some general rules, so practices of agricultural modernization must be based on the sufficient understanding of general rules.Modernization in the United States, Britain, Japan and other developed countries started early and had reached a higher level,it provides a good model for the study of the general laws of agriculture modernization. At the same time, there are a rich of practices in Chinese Agricultural modernization, which provide a possibility model to analyze the own particularity of Chinese agricultural modernization road. On the basis of four previous hypothesis,This paper used age gap analysis, coordinates analysis and coupling coordination degree analysis to explore the general rule of the agricultural modernization road and try to establish the objective understanding of chinese agricultural modernization. At last, according to the analysis, we put forward some policy suggestions for the development of agricultural modernization in china.This paper gived these conclusions and suggestions by research: Chinese agricultural modernization is currently in the first maturing process of agricultural modernization.The development of Chinese agricultural modernization is not balanced, which seriously limits the development of agricultural modernization.Agricultural modernization in China is seriously lagging behind of industrialization and urbanization, so the supports of urban and industrial to the agriculture modernization should be strengthened. Chinese agricultural modernization and urbanization have gained great development, the integration trend between agriculture economy and urban economy become apparent, Chinese urbanization and agricultural modernization development will enter a spiral period. At the same time, the coupling harmonious degree of the two systems just have reached primary coordination level, this means there is still great potential to increase the coordination and promotion effect between process of urbanization and agricultural modernization development. The gap of the labor productivity between first industry and second industry will exist for a long time, to promote the professionalization of farmers is the effective means to enhance the labor productivity of the first industry.The land output rate of agricultural is far lower than industry, which can easily lead to the loss of land factors.Capital bottleneck restrict the development of agricultural modernization, so we must build a interest compensation mechanism, and guide non-agricultural capital to intervene in agriculture.
