The Coordinate Development Study In "Three Modernization" Of Xinjiang

During the Fifth Plenary Session of the 17 th CPC Central Committee,the major strategic requirements of "promoting the modernization of agriculture in the course of industrialization and urbanization in depth" were put forward on the basis of the "three modernization",and further pointed out that "promoting informationization and industrialization Deep integration,industrialization and urbanization of benign interaction,urbanization and agricultural modernization to coordinate,promote industrialization,information,urbanization,agricultural modernization simultaneously." Xinjiang is located in western China,the level of economic development and the national average level gap is still significant,from the current Xinjiang "three" development of the status quo,industrialization has just entered the initial stage of the primary stage,urbanization level is low,agriculture and animal husbandry modernization process Is in the stage of growth,this paper measures the "three" coordinated development level of Xinjiang,from the following six parts of the study.The first part of the thesis expounds the background and significance of the research on the coordinated development of Xinjiang's "three modernization",and combs and summarizes the relevant research at home and abroad.On this basis,the paper establishes the overall framework and research ideas.The second part of the paper defines the concept of "three modernization",summarizes the relevant theoretical basis of the coordinated development of "three" and provides theoretical support for the follow-up research.The third part of this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of Xinjiang's new industrialization,agriculture and animal husbandry modernization and urbanization respectively,with a view to provide reference for Xinjiang's "three modernization".The fourth part of the paper uses the CCR-HR model to measure the development level and coordination degree of the "three modernization" in the cities of Xinjiang,and classifies the coordinated development types of "three".The results show that the development level of new industrialization in Xinjiang has been gradually improved.The development level of animal husbandry has been improved steadily,and the development level of urbanization has been continuously improved.The level of development of "three modernization" has been improved rapidly.During the same period,there are significant differences in the coordinated development level of "three" The level of coordinated development is high,the level of "three" coordination in the southern region is generally low,and the lag of the level of industrialization is an important factor restricting the coordinated development of "three modernization".In the fifth part,the paper analyzes the factors influencing the coordinated development of "three modernization" in Xinjiang by using the principal component regression model.The results show that the proportion of industrial output is the most significant for the coordinated development of "three";the proportion of urban population,effective irrigation rate and unit area The improvement of the total power of agricultural machinery has a positive effect on the coordinated development of the "three modernization".The positive effect of the increase in the number of employees in the secondary industry and the increase in R & D expenditure is not obvious;the financial institutions' The improvement of comprehensive energy consumption of industrial output value will hinder the coordinated development of Xinjiang's "three modernization".The efficiency coefficient of fixed assets investment has very little influence on the development level and coordination degree of "three modernization".The sixth part of the paper summarizes the conclusion of this paper,put forward the current need to further play a new type of industrialization to promote the role of agriculture and animal husbandry modernization of the basic role and the role of new urbanization to promote the "three modernization" coordinated development.This paper estimates the development level and coordination degree of "three modernization" in Xinjiang cities,divides the coordinated development types of "three modernization",and obtains some valuable research conclusions.However,due to the limited degree of data acquisition and the limited research time and the research ability Of the limitations of this article there are still many deficiencies need to be further improved.
