Research Of Decision Support Technology In Application Of Oil Production Project

Oil production project, the core of oilfield production, is directly related with the economic benefits of the oil filed. How to improve the quality and effectiveness of oil production project and how to use the large quantity data that accumulated in production are becoming the priority in actual work now. Because the oil production project is a huge and complicate decision process, most problems involved are multi-attribute and multi-objective, and the traditional experience-based decision technologies are difficult to meet the requirements of program in scientific, advancement and economy. So, aimed to the decision problems in oil production project, this thesis promoted the Decision Support System and Decision Support Technology, and introduce the forecasting and evaluating decision support technologies from the characteristics of problems. As to the forecasting problems, this paper studied the forecast technology based on neural network and optimal combination of forecasting techniques based on error indicators, made full use of historical data of the oilfield, doubled the value of data, and largely enriched the decision techniques for forecasting problems of oil production project. As to the evaluating problems which likely happen in oil production project, this paper promoted different decision technologies to the specific circumstances. As to the problems that weight information are fuzzy number propose the fuzzy AHP based on triangular fuzzy number, the problems that weight information are entirely unknown propose TOPSIS based on PCA, and that weight information are multi-style data propose hybrid multi-attribute method based on two stage optimization, this paper enriched the present forecasting techniques, realized the decision support for forecasting problems in the process of oil production project, made every decision reasonable, improved the level and quality of decision, and achieved the goal of improving program's quality. Finally, based on the above studies of DSS and decision support technology, this paper used the idea of software engineering, constructed the decision support system of oil production project, and provided a platform to realize the use of decision support technologies in oil production project.
