China's current labor market discrimination is the strength of competition in a variety of obstacles or impediments in the labor market to adjust to the competitive forces of the factors that caused an outcome. Discrimination in the labor market in China has been able to be continued existence, or is due to non-competitive or non-competitive motive force caused by either the state of the labor market adjustment to competition too slow a pace for this.In this paper, non-competitive labor market discrimination in China as the research object, the integrated use of abstract and logical methods, and quantitative analysis, supplemented by quantitative analysis method, non-competitive labor market discrimination in China's theoretical basis, our non-competitive labor market the status and problems of sex discrimination as well as the causes and responses on issues such as a more systematic study. Full-text is divided into six chapters, of which the first chapter is the Introduction. In addition to other domestic and international literature review, highlighting the paper's research background, research methods, frame structure and innovations. Chapter II is a non-competitive theoretical basis for labor market discrimination in China research. This paper discusses non-competitive labor market, the general theory of discrimination, namely, the concept of discrimination from the labor market and type of labor market discrimination, the definition of non-competitive and the criteria for judging the causes of discrimination in the labor market analysis and non-competitive labor market, non-competitive Performance analysis of four aspects of discrimination are discussed. The third chapter is the research on China's non-competitive labor market discrimination. Non-competitive labor market, mainly from China, the status quo and problems of discrimination, the Chinese and non-competitive labor market discrimination, the causes and non-competitive Chinese labor market effects of discrimination analysis were studied in four aspects. The fourth chapter is the research of countermeasures of the labor market non-competitive discrimination in China. Mainly from the Government, the demanders, the suppliers are given in countermeasures and suggestions. That the Government must improve the system, to eliminate systemic discrimination, the demand for the posts need to develop standardized job description, establish the scientific concepts of employing people, and cultivate a sense of social responsibility, suppliers also need to increase their levels of human capital and enhance awareness of the law in due course to safeguard their rights. Chapter V of this article is the conclusions and the need for further research.The innovation lies in this: First, try to define the concept of the labor market non-competitive discrimination. Second, given to determine standards for non-competitive discrimination in the labor market. Third, from four aspects of social, economic, psychological and institutional we analysis the reasons of the labor market non-competitive discrimination in China. Fourth, from the government,demand side, supply side, are put forward to address the three momentum of China's labor market, non-competitive discrimination measures and suggestions.
