Simply speaking,the employment discrimination in the labor market is due to the difference between the non personal and economic characteristics of race,color,age,gender,household registration as a result of the treatment,the gender discrimination in the labor market for women's labor participation caused serious effect.Women's wages in the labor market are generally lower than men,women in the promotion process,there is a "glass ceiling" barrier,female college graduates employment difficulties.Behind the phenomenon,there is no lack of discrimination against women",especially after the second child policy fully liberalized,the company will ask whether to consider a second child in the recruitment process,the employment situation of the female labor force has become more severe.For a long time,although the relevant departments issued a lot of anti discrimination policy,public opinion has also repeatedly called for,but gender discrimination in the labor market still exists,can not be solved effectively,but the phenomenon of gender discrimination has become more subtle,many enterprises with"invisible threshold" of female labor force out.It can be expected that if there is no effective way of governance,gender discrimination in the labor market will inevitably exist for a long time,and even gender discrimination will become more and more serious.Because of this,the current labor market to clarify the phenomenon of gender discrimination,analysis of hidden reasons behind the phenomenon to identify the source,multi pronged approach,an antidote against the disease from the source so as to appear,avoid and eliminate the phenomenon of gender discrimination in the labor market,so that gender discrimination in the labor market without shelter,real women equal employment.Based on this,this paper take the labor market gender discrimination in the labor market as the research object,first of all,from the employment opportunities of employment discrimination,discrimination,segregation of these three aspects,based on the statistical data in the labor market,analysis of multi-level and multi angle on the phenomenon of gender discrimination in our labor market introduction.Secondly,the reasons behind the phenomenon of the hidden analysis of gender discrimination in labor market is mainly caused by five reasons,in particular,is affected by the physicalcharacteristics of women,patriarchal society and traditional culture,the social security system is not perfect,the legal system is not perfect and the female self identification and discrimination of the five vicious spiral the female employment suffered injustice.Then,we measure the degree of gender discrimination in China's labor market,in order to objectively and truly reflect the gender discrimination in the labor market of our country.Thus,we can conclude that there is a gender discrimination in the labor market in China's labor market,and the degree of gender discrimination has become more and more serious with the passage of time.Finally,combined with China's national conditions,from the state,enterprises,individuals,these three aspects of the proposed countermeasures and suggestions.
