But on the other hand, there will be also strong competition about the client, resources, management and other aspects in the cluster because of geographical concentration and similarity of business. Therefore, how to handle the relationship between the cluster enterprises, so as to achieve to co-exist within the hardly competitive cluster and achieve to the purpose of continuous growth is a considering question.Many companies exist together in the cluster which is a complex system, so the evolution process of business relations can be seen as an abstract individual restructuring process. In many cases, the evolution process of business relations is spontaneous completely under specific environmental conditions in the market, strategic, technological progress and other related elements. Because of the self-organization features of the process the article choose self-organization theory to study. The article will be put into practice as followings:First, the paper analyzes the research background and significance, straightens out the business relationship in the cluster and self-organization theory research respectively and put out the content of this research, methods and innovations. Secondly, taking the evolution process of the relationship among the cluster companies as the research object, the article will use Systems Science to analyze the character in self-organization of the system of cluster enterprises and the dynamic mechanism of relationship evolutionary processes between enterprises on the basis of predecessors. At last, the article will establish a correlative model and elaborate it. Again, the empirical analysis the article will select Changyuan County crane industry cluster as a sample and analyze the relationship evolutionary processes between enterprises using self-organization from the aspect of the evolution conditions and evolution dynamic and so on. Finally, the article considers that there are many possible evolution directions of relationship between cluster enterprises, and put forward some ideas on how to leading the enterprises to a beneficial direction using self-organization. It is hoped that the conclusion will be useful for the sustainable development of enterprises and the cluster. Finally, conclusions are summarized, further study on the issue are reviewed.The article takes the research on the evolution process of the co-opetition among cluster companies, not only to enrich and improve the previous research in the field about this methodology, but also to give advice and provides a new way for the real-life business in competing clusters in the process of decision and management method.
