In an environment of increasing competition intensity,any enterprise hopes to obtain its own competitive advantage and achieve considerable progress and development,then a comprehensive and scientific compensation system must be established.In reality,most small and medium-sized construction engineering companies have not established a scientific and reasonable compensation system,which has limited the development of these enterprises to a certain extent.Therefore,in this context,a scientific and reasonable employee compensation management system is the key to obtaining a competitive advantage for the enterprise,and also lays the foundation for the long-term sustainable development of the enterprise.This article takes the YX Construction Company employee salary system optimization design as the research object,combined with management theory of Chinese and Western classical economics,comprehensive salary strategic management ideas,and other relevant theoretical knowledge of the salary system,in the overview and compensation system of YX Construction Company(Including employee structure,salary management system,salary composition,etc.),based on the investigation and analysis of YX Construction Company,based on the large number of employees and intensive personnel,find out the current deficiencies in the company's employee salary system To solve the problems of irrational employee salary structure,unclear performance appraisal,and insufficient medium-term and long-term incentive constraints,etc.,to optimize the design of its existing employee compensation system,thereby fully motivating employees and providing sufficient manpower for the company's long-term development Resources support,with a view to continuously improve its market competitiveness.This research can not only enhance the motivation of employees,provide sufficient human resources support for the company's long-term development,provide motivation support for the company's future development,but also provide a reference for the industry and other enterprises.
