Regional market integration, regional economic integration as the basis and key to China's accession to WTO, further opening up and accelerating domestic economic and social development of the prerequisite and foundation. However, China's regional markets markets, especially in the western region the phenomenon of severe market segmentation and local protectionism is rampant, etc., have become an obstacle to China's current co-ordinate regional development and narrow regional development gap, speed up transformation of the mode of economic growth and a major obstacle to regional economic structure adjustment.
