Based On The Chengdu-chongqing Economic Zone Of Sichuan Regional Economic Development Strategy

In May2011," Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone regional planning" was approved, and early in October2009, for the full implementation of the construction of the western highlands of economic development strategy, actively promote the development of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone, the Sichuan Provincial Government has promulgated "speeding up the’one pole one axis and one block’construction to promote the development of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone guidance", clearly part of the construction in Sichuan-Chongqing Economic Zone overall pattern of regional development as " one pole one axis and one block". This is based on the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone regional planning, Sichuan’s major regional economic development strategy. In this paper, regional economic development related theory has been used to research the Sichuan " one pole one axis and one block"development strategy under the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone, this not only enriches the Sichuan regional economic development strategy research theory, also has an important practical guide significance to accelerate the implementation of Sichuan " one pole one axis and one block " development strategy and further promotion to the development of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone.This paper firstly discusses the theory of regional economic development in the important Pole Theory, Pole-Axis theory, Core Edge Theory and Gradient Transfer Theory, which provides a theoretical basis for the analysis. Secondly, this paper expounds the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone regional planning and the situation of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone, on this basis, this paper analyses sichuan " one pole one axis and one block" development strategy based on the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone (Sichuan" one pole one axis and one block" overall development pattern), discusses in detail the development situation of Sichuan" one pole one axis and one block" based on the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone. Then, according to the Sichuan" one pole one axis and one block " development situation, this paper points out the restrctive factors which influnce the development of Sichuan " one pole one axis and one block" based on the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone. Finally, this paper puts forward to accelerate the implementation of Sichuan " one pole one axis and one block " development strategy, in order to promote the healthy and rapid development of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic zone.Through the analysis, we can see, based on the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone in Sichuan " one pole one axis and one block" Development Strategy in line with national strategy, to adapt to the actual development of Sichuan, but how to accelerate the implementation of Sichuan" one pole one axis and one block " development strategy, there are still many restrictive factors, such as" one pole " are put in the problem with the weakness of the core city diffusion effect, similarity industrial layout between Chengdu and Chongqing;" one axis" presence of axis function is weak, lack of industry collaboration and the lag of axis City development problems;" one block" exists problems that the weakness consciousness in the Chongqing, and no strong sense of cooperation and industrial supporting with Chongqing. Therefore, in order to better promote Sichuan" one pole one axis and one block " development strategy, this paper puts forward to give priority to the development of the " pole", aggrandizement its radiate drive capacity; growth of the "axis" development, accelerate " the rise of central Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone "; actively promote the" block" into Chongqing, create Sichuan area development new support points and other specific countermeasures and suggestions.
