With increasingly fierce competition in China's automobile industry, every auto company is fully aware that what enables the company in an invincible position is whether it can recruit people with extraordinary ability. Therefore, the recruitment system has become the focus of human resources management of all the auto companies.To begin with, this paper analyses the recruitment system of Fu Wei Automotive CO. LTD from four aspects.The first aspect gives a brief introduction of Fu Wei Automotive CO. LTD in terms of its establishment background, series of products, administration and personnel.The second aspect reviews Fu Wei Automotive CO. LTD's history of recruitment system, whose changes of content are presented in detail in this aspect, which lay a foundation for analyzing the problems existing in the recruitment system.The third aspect analyses the problems existing in the recruitment system as follows:(1) Lack of front-end support: what the test questions are and how the questions are developed have not been included in the previous recruitment system; in addition, the lack of programming and predicting abilities fails to guide the recruitment.(2) Problems in the recruitment system itself: besides overly simple processes, short of clear operational procedures instructions, evaluation criteria and hardware support are problems which affect establishment of the company brand as well as the image of the company.(3) Lack of later stage program: the employees are being neglected as a result of being provided with single career program, limited career prospect and inadequate attention to new employees'minds, and lack of systematic and scientific evaluation methods and new employees training also limit the development of the employees.(4) Short of external support: the previous recruitment system is deficient in developing the employment market, resulting in the difficulty in broadening the job search. Besides, the recruitment is always in a passive situation with the company's limited reputation.The fourth aspect analyses the effects which the recruitment system has on the short-term and long-term development of the company. Neither can the current recruitment system meet the great demand of the companies in talents, nor can it achieve the goal of annual output 1500.000 cars.After analyzing the problems existing in the previous recruitment system of Fu Wei Automotive CO. LTD, this paper expounds the theoretical and practical basis on which the multi-recruitment system designs and implements.The first part puts forward the concept of the multi-recruitment system. With the company brand as the core, the multi-recruitment system, which, aimed at recruiting and reserving talents, and guaranteed by the mutual cooperation and support of different departments, combines the company strategy and ensures the needs of the company in all aspects.The second part expounds the theoretical basis on which the multi-recruitment system designs and implements. How the human capital theory, quality model theory, career choice and planning theory as well as the company brand theory guide the multi-recruitment system is explained in the theoretical part. The third part elaborates the practical basis on which the multi-recruitment system designs and implements. The precondition and guarantee, including clear company strategy, promising development tendency and great economical benefit of Fu Wei Automotive CO. LTD, are expounded in the practical part.In addition, this paper illustrate four essential parts of the Multi-recruitment System in Fu Wei Automotive CO. LTD.The first part emphasizes the preceding exploration of the design, which mainly specifies three aspects including strengthening the ability to program human resources, enforcing the ability to forecast tendency in the exterior-personnel market and the ability to add programs aimed at developing the test questions. The second part pays attention to the mid-term range execution of the design., which crucially elaborates the innovation of the executive means, regulates the process of personnel selecting and explores the bran-new recruiting system.The third part is about the spreading design of the later period, which demonstrates how to improve the employees'ability and how to extend the proper ways to develop career and how to establish the perfect training system.The fourth part is on the external support of the design, which lies in how to establish the interior employer brand and how to market the exterior employer brand. At last, the paper describes the implementation of multi-recruitment system from aspects of company, department and executive respectively.As to the company, it is supposed to endeavor to gain the support for the recruitment system from heads of the top leadership and departments from aspects of financial, material and human resources, and strengthen the publicity of multi-recruitment system; while to the department, the paper focuses on the working processes and institutional reform carried out by Human Resources; and to the executive, the paper concentrates on the establishment of standardization handbook, evaluation and feedback and other specific means.Multi-recruitment system, different from all the previous recruitment models, is a major attempt of Fu Wei Automotive CO. LTD human resources management system which integrates all the links related to the recruitment process, looking forward to truly providing processes and hardware support for the implementation of the talent strategy of Fu Wei Automotive CO. LTD.
