Study On Housing Security Level Of Middle And Low Income Family In Xi'an

In recent years, with the continuous economic development in Xi'an, the standard of theresidents living has been improved remarkably, housing conditions have improvedsignificantly, and living environment of people develop to an unprecedented height. However,with the improving of most of residents'housing conditions, the disadvantage of urban middleand low-income families become a increasingly obvious problem, therefore, middle and lowincomefamilies'housing difficulties become a un-avoided problem in the development roadof Xi'an, which should draw our high attention. This article is just for the issue and start deepresearch on housing security level of Middle and Low Income Family in Xi'an.The paper introduce housing security and related housing support concept, summarizethe existing housing security system of Xi'an and China; by the deep analysis of the middleand low-income families'housing situation in Xi'an and get a conclusion that the level ofhousing security can be considered from the government supply capacity, residents'demandand real estate market three point of view. Through the use of historical data from 1998-2007,using principal component analytical method to establish three models of national economyand social development level index in Xi'an, living level index of residents, level of real estatemarket index. Then use the sensitivity analysis method to deploy quantitative analysis ofinfluence of various factors on the level of housing security, and get a result that nationaleconomy and social development level have the most impact on the level of housing security;and then, from the national economy and social development level, the paper found thecalculation model of housing security in Xi'an and select the comparison cities, use of housingsecurity spending of GDP ratio, to compare Xi'an with other cities, draw a conclusion thatXi'an have a relatively lower level of housing security. Finally, the paper reference to othercities as well as developed countries'housing security measures and experiences, and advancea reasonable suggestion to the housing security system of Xi'an. I hope this research can help government understand the level of housing security inXi'an and provide basis for it on how to improve housing security system, then can improvehousing security Level of middle and low income family.
