The thesis employs theory and practice combination method to explore compensation administration of Yancheng HW company. Compensation administration is an important part of business management .It is important to ensure employee material benefits, inspire greater effort among organization members, develope the company and better economic results. The thesis combines the basic theories with the present condition on compensation administration of Yancheng HW company to suggest some solutions.The thesis is studied as following 5 parts. The first part is introduction, including the background, the content and the structure of this thesis. In the second part, I introduce the basic theories of compensation administration, which include the concept of compensation, the content of compensation administration, motivation theory and summary analyzing appropriate theories. The third part is about the general introduction and the situation of compensation administration of HW company . In the fourth part, some problems are analyzed, such as the shortage of guiding of compensation strategy . In the fifth part, I point out several solutions to problems, such as making compensation lever of accomplishing the strategy of HW company, and so on.
