Supply Chain Partnership Management Research Based On Trust

With the development of global economy and the fierce completion of market, the traditional mode of market competition is changing from Enterprises-Enterprises to Supply Chains-Supply Chains In the supply chainmanagement's environment, nodes Enterprises share information, risks and benefits, establish strategic cooperative relation. By investigating cooperation status, we can find existing problems in supply chain and further research directions. In order to build up coordinated partnership,it mustbe accpected that cooperation is the effective technique to obtain profits and trust is the core of cooperation.While,investigations on lots of partnerships in supply chain of China indicate that there exists trust crisis among cooperative firms. Trust crisis is a bias for the development of supply chain partnership in China. In order to avoid trust crisis,it is essential to diagnose trust state among cooperative firms in supply chain.Under the analyzed and summarized the previous literature and research, the paper propose the trust as the core relationship between supply chain partners to maintain on management. The second chapter describes the relationship between supply chain partners and theoretical concepts, and the relationship between supply chain partners to establish the advantages and risks. In the division on the basis of trust types, the third chapter analyzing the behavior of trust and the characteristics of trust of supply chain partnership, obtained the promote cooperation of mutual confidence-building measures between the partners. In the analysis of supply chain partners to establish a trust relationship between the difficulty and the basis of factors, chapterⅣconstructed a three-dimensional analysis based on trust factors to model the trust mechanism. To establish a foundation of trust relations, proposing relationship between supply chain partners in the diagnosis of the problem of trust. The supplier development process on the basis of trust into the diagnosis, consultation and improved communication between the process of supply chain partnership. ChapterⅤpropose a diagnosis based on trust to maintain the supply chain partnership management model, and describes the operation of the model. Finally, through the Wal-Mart and P & G inter-partnership based on trust of the case, Verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the model, and thus proposed trust-based relationship management, supply chain partners Inspirations.
