Recently, a continuous concerning has been posed on the increasing contamination of water column and its adjacent shoreline areas due to oil spills. Some processes, such as industrial discharge, oil explore and transport, etc., may imply the spill risk. The spilled oil not only contaminate the coastlines, but also may cause long-term damage to the halobios and fishery. In order to prevent damage from oil spill, many counties have focused on oil spill models, which not just to forecast the dynamical variety of oil, but also can do a quantitative analysis on the distribution of spilled oil in water column. The detailed studies of this article include:1) Taking the winding coastline of Jiaozhou Bay into account, the passage use FVCOM hydrodynamic model, which has been proved have relatively excellent edge-fitting, to simulate the flow field driven by Tidal constituent M2,S2,O1,K1. In order to forecast the tide field as soon as possible, the thesis conducts a current forecast in a single point; 2) Based on the combination of oil-weathering model and transport-diffusion model, this passage also builds up a dynamical model for forcasting oil spills in Jiaozhou Bay, with fully account of the course of oil-weathering process. The weathering model builded up includes the processes, such as evaporation, emulsification, vertical dispersion and dissolution. As complexity of the processes that oil droplets move into the waters, FVCOM track-tracer advection-diffusion equation is been proposed to do the quantitative description of concentration distribution of spilled oil in water body. In addition, the oil spill model also introduce a improved "convex-hull algorithm" so as to achieve the accurate calculation of the slick area;3) In spite of widely using of the visualization technology, this article integrate ArcGIS,Surfer quadric-development components, video playback controls and related components into a self-realization interface which is based on VB.NET platform to achieve dynamic visualization of oil spill information.
