Experimental Studies On Semi-bionic Extraction (sbe) Of Zengye Decoction

Objective:To optimize the conditions of the formula Zengye Decoction by semi-bionic extraction and further verifying the correctness and practicality of semi-bionic extraction(SBE).Method:First,optimize the best extraction conditions of the semi-bionicextraction for Zengye Decoction with harpagoside, cinnamic aci, catalpol,total polysaccharides,dried extract weight as the indexes.Then,with the indexesmentioned above,optimize the best combination and the alcohol precipitationconcentration.Subsequently,optimize the best concentration of the alcohol extraction for Zengye Decoction while the otherextraction conditions were the same as the semi-bionic extraction.Accordingto the former conditions,the five kinds of extract methods,including the semi-bionic extraction(SBE),the water extraction(WE),the semi-bionic extraction by precipitation with alcohol(SBAE),the water extraction by precipitation with alcohol(WAE)and the alcohol extraction(AE)were compared by the contents of the index ingredients.Result:The technological conditions of the semi-bionic extraction for Zengye Decoction is pH in turn:5.50,7.50,8.50;Time:2.0 h,1.0 h,1.Oh.The mixture is the better combination mode.Thesequence of total index Y value of the five extraction technology is:YSBE> YWE>YAE>YSBAE>YWAE.Conclusion:SBE method is the best among the five methods in the extractionof components of the formula Zengye Decoction.Thestudy firmly verifies that SBE method is correct and practical and provides some experiences for the formula's further study.
