In rosin production process, the clarification stage of gum rosin in turpentine resin content of the size of on-line detection has been a difficult, also, the entire production process to achieve a key part of automatic control. The study of this paper include the following aspects:First, turpentine content of test mathematical model. By comparing the pros and cons of the current detection method to analyze the production process in the rosin gum rosin mixture to clarify the characteristics of stages, based on these characteristics, the establishment of a variety of ultrasonic and turpentine link between the physical and chemical parameters. Using softening point and viscosity of these two pairs of Rosin and Turpentine content easier for greater impact on testing parameters for variables, the establishment of sound velocity with the Turpentine physical-chemical parameters of the mathematical model to verify the feasibility of ultrasonic testing of turpentine, and used MATLAB to the mathematical model of the simulation has been more satisfactory results.Second, ultrasonic sensor design. Through the relatively advanced wireless transmission technology analysis, select and design a simple and practical ZigBee wireless networking technology as a data transmission method, according to the current ZigBee transmission equipment for the production environment to meet the rosin under the ZigBee wireless networking equipment for the hardware and software design, data collection to achieve the desired effect.In this paper, the study validated ultrasonic sensing technology can be applied to content of rosin turpentine-line detection, and in the current data acquisition technology, presented a new collection of wireless sensor networking technology, ultrasonic testing technology and wireless networking technology for collection the combination of ultrasound to form a new wireless sensor network so as to rosin-line detection of a breakthrough in this difficult point raised new view.
